Welcome! First step is easy peas. Follow these instructions to download codeblocks and start to familiarize yourself with anprograming IDE (integrated development environment (like Word or Excel) except for coding.
http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads --> site location for free IDE and compiler
codeblocks-13.12mingw-setup.exe --> Here is the IDE and compiler nicely built in one suite
Do this play around with drop down menus and do what you do learn what tabs mean these days (google it wink emoticon. Detailed tutorial to do this if you have any problems is here: https://www.thenewboston.com/videos.php?cat=16&video=17477
