Not Compiling

+3 Vaggelis Dou · October 23, 2015
i downloaded code blocks and i made a program but now it does not compile it. it says "justsomeyhing - Debug": The compiler's setup (GNU GCC Compiler) is invalid, so Code::Blocks cannot find/run the compiler.
Probably the toolchain path within the compiler options is not setup correctly?! (Do you have a compiler installed?)
Goto "Settings->Compiler...->Global compiler settings->GNU GCC Compiler->Toolchain executables" and fix the compiler's setup.
Skipping...". i have windows 10. does this make any difference? because it says in code breaker download for windos 7/8 and others

the easiest way is to download code blocks that comes with the compiler.

http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/26

go to the link above and for windows download the one called: "codeblocks-13.12mingw-setup-TDM-GCC-481.exe"

once you install it, it should be ready to use.
