Does anyone here know some really nice colors and some good font-families for a website. I want to make a very clean looking website.

For color schemes checkout Adobe Kooler, its a great service for choosing color themes. Here's the link https://kuler.adobe.com
And for the fonts, it's rather a choice of personal preference. Still here's a list of 30 great fonts for the web which are free. You can choose the one's you like :D http://www.creativebloq.com/typography/free-web-fonts-1131610

I would also recommend you check out http://www.google.com/fonts for a whole bunch of free web fonts to make your website typography look great :)

I'd say Google Fonts is the best and easiest way to implement nice fonts!

Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif is my go-to font-family. It's clean and easy to read.
