Problem detected!

3:19:05 PM [Apache] Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!

3:19:05 PM [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!

3:19:05 PM [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application

The first message tells you port 80 is already in use, so change the port apache uses to one that's not in use.

Any port will do as long as its not already being used, you can try 8080

I have tried it earlier as mentioned in book ... to change port 80 to 8080 ! but nothing happened

When you change your port in the config file, you will need to type localhost:8080/ in your URL to access it.
