Bucky, first of all thank you very much for the great tutorial videos. I just have a minor suggestion. There are certain things that I am looking up on Google and StackOverflow after watching your videos that I think could have been included in the videos. For instance, it would be nice to clarify under what scenarios I would be using Intent Service and not a regular Service(or Bound Service). It was also not very clear why I would use a Bound Service and write all that weird code to bind and not just instantiate a class and access the function to get time - MyService svc = new MyService(); String currentTime = svc.getCurrentTime();
My be I missed something but that's just a little feedback from an avid student of yours(a.k.a. me). Thanks for all the great work buddy! You are helping me learn stuff that I plan on using for a good cause.
