I was following Android App Development for Beginners series and got stuck in part 4
In android studio's sdk manager I downloaded HAXM and then tried to install it.
Then get warned about this
I googled a lot for solutions and check my intel hardware :
I am using Surface Pro 3 and got a Google Nexus 5
Please help me.

Your CPU doesn't support VT-x which is required for the haxm images. You should be able to create and run an ARM images.

thanks for you reply. is it possible to test it on my phone in real time ? do i risk my phone being damaged ? how to do it?
