Laptop advise...

0 Jared Patterson · June 25, 2014
So a monitor fell onto my closed laptop and I'm pretty sure it cracked some led lights. I could easily get it repaired for about $60+ or I could just buy a new laptop. The thing is though my laptop is about 3 or 4 years old and its starting to just die in general. So I'm not sure if I should invest in fixing the screen to a dying computer or just get a brand new one. I know this is kinda stupid but yeah. Which one should I do?

How are the specs? How much are you willing to invest in a new laptop?

I think only you can decide this. But maybe you can sell the laptop for a decent price?

But i doubt that, 3-4 years is a lot for a laptop.. This is why i prefer a PC..

4 years is starting to get old for a laptop. Again it all depends on the specs as well.

Here are some of the specs...

AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon
HD Graphics 1.90 GHz
RAM 4.00 GB
64-bit operating system
----------------
The reason the thing broke is because a tv fell on it when it was closed...
It looks like the screen is cracked too but it's not sooo yeah.
I'm not very good when it comes to computer stuff.

I just program, watch porn, and play video games...
