You can do following:
1) change your cpu in config when creating your AVD.
2) Use ur android phone as AVD

Hi,
Please ensure that you install HAXM as suggested by bucky in his fourtht video.
If you are having some issues again after installing it, please try this link
     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YzaCOZAYtJs

Make sure you install HAXM manually
goto your  sdk folder>extras>intel>HAXM folder
and install intelhaxm-android.exe.

May be you have to pause your antivirus during the installation process.

Hope it works!! I had the same issue with My Winows 8.1 system...

i got the same eror , and beside what ANIL SATHYAN said i had to also turn on VT-X from the bios of my lenovo z50
appently it turned off by default...so i recomed you to do that before you install the HAXM
(only if you get error that includes the words VT-X while insalling HXAM)
