appendChild();

thought i got this right but the whole page is not working with appendChild is this right?

var Number = 10;

var Number2 = 20;

var sum = Number * Number2;

var cool = sum.appendChild(sum);

document.write(cool);

javascript the definitive guide!?! i have been reading that its a bit mind boggaling at the moment I'm still a beginner i have learnt the basics form javascript in easy steps and w3school still need to go through the book i have not said this but reading and watching the videos hear on youtube is just like learning in the class room. i have some other javascript books but ill read through them no point listing them
