Hello everyone,

First of all i would like to say im new to programming and my goal was to make i simple web-site with HTML and CSS for my father company. With Bucky's tutorials i was making good progress and made a simple web-site.

It worked great until i found out that only in Internet Explorer my web-side was complete mess. My aside pannel is always positioning bottom and cant get it on right side from main section. Any clues how i can fix this? In desperate need for help!

You can search online Microsoft is dropping hints and starting to phase out IE.
Really shouldn't worry that much :).

Can you please provide the code, then we can help you add commands to make it IE friedly. But IE is going away soon, so its not that big of a deal anymore.

Best browsers for web development Chrome, and FireFox in my opinion

Didn't know people still used IE  :blink: scary.....

i agree wtih Raahim. Internet explorer is still used for Microsoft SharePoint and some features will not work on any browser other than Internet Explorer. That means it is nearly impossible to upgrade.

Stay on topic please instead of posting comments about IE itself.

Raahim brings up a good point. Rade, you need to provide your CSS so we can help you further :)

I had a problem like this a while ago in IE, and I found that making sure that

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=Edge">

was included in my head file worked. This was mostly because whenever I made a site, my test environment was opening the file as IE8 rather than in the latest version.

Again, if that fails to work, viewing the code would be a great help. It might be as simple as having missed something as small as a closing tag.

I never used IE unless i need to download Chrome :D but a lot of people that dosent know how to use PC like we do works with IE and in my job there is plenty of them. Thats my father first looked in IE :). I started searching for problem and i think the problem is that older versions of IE dont understand css box-flex model  that i used and i will have to rewrite it. So here is my css.

margin: 0px;
padding: 0px;
}
h2{
font : bold 22px Tahoma;
}

header, section, footer, aside, nav, article{
display:block;}

width : 100%;
display:-webkit-box;
-webkit-box-pack: center;
}
#big_wrapper{
max-width: 960px;
margin: 20px 0px;
display:-webkit-box;
-webkit-box-orient: vertical;
-webkit-border-flex: 1;
}

#slika{
float: right;

}
#marke{
float:left;
}

}

-webkit-box-shadow:rgb(110, 110, 110) 11px 11px 22px;
}

#top_menu li{

font: bold 14px Tahoma;

}

#marke li{
list-style: none;
padding: 4px;
}
#firme{
float : right;
}
#firme ul li{

}

#top_menu li a{
