Brackets.io, or Aptana. I personally like Aptana way better!

notepad++ also, but I assume you already tried that.

Eclipse, Aptana (stripped Eclipse), NetBeans is pretty good.

Or if you are willing to pay: WebStorm.

I suggest WebStorm and SublimeText 3 or Dreamweaver

My personal favorite is netbeans https://netbeans.org/ ... it's free and open source, but notepad++ is also cool :)
