Hi i have a dobt here and that is why do we use (System.in) in Scanner bucky=new Scanner(System.in)
what does it do

You mean this?

Scanner bucky = new Scanner (System.in)

That means that the System is receiving and input,

Remember how we print on the screen: System,out.println("Hello World!");

'out' means output to the screen.
