Cannot launch AVD in emulator-Err

Hello everyone, i have installed ADB as shown in the video and when i tried to run my application in virtual device, got an error. attaching the error message here. please help me fix the error. Thank you in advance.

cannot launch AVD in emulator,
output:
Emulator; error: x86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration!
please ensure Intel HAXM is properly installed and usable.
CPU acceleration status: HAX kernal module is not installed!

Open the SDK Manager and download Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator (HAXM installer) .

Then go to your SDK directory (C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Android\sdk, generally).

 Go to extras > intel > Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager and run the file named "intelhaxm-android.exe".

you might get an error like "Intel virtualization technology (vt,vt-x) is not enabled".  if this happens; do the next step below

Enable  Hardware Virtualization  in your BIOS.

else just restart the studio and try the avd.
