max_allowed_packet=

is found in the my.ini file in a Windows system that is found in C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6 (if that is your version)

Look for

# The maximum size of one packet or any generated or intermediate string, or any parameter sent by the
# mysql_stmt_send_long_data() C API function.
max_allowed_packet=4M

On a linux system look for my.cnf

It may depend on your Linux version but on Ubuntu 14.04 server it is in /etc/mysql

As for the rest I can't help
