Have you installed your Intel Emulator accelerator? If not yet, please go to your SDK Manager in Android Studio following

Tools>Android>SDK Manager

A new pop-up window will appear. Scroll down and enable the Intel Accelerator (HAXM) at the end and install your package. Close the Studio and open again. See if that works.

Other possible reasons might be :
1- Your CPU does not support Virtualization

OR

2- Virtualization is disabled in your BIOS. Try enabling  it by entering the tab showing Configuration settings and enabling it.

Hope that solves the issue!
