First I don't see why in the world you'd want to do that. They're many assembly languages out there and using something like a low level/ simple assembly language will make you grateful that X86 exists.

They are custom things like microprocessors that you can get from funspark but keep in mind, that they have their own instruction sets built in them.
If you're wanting to work with hardware assembly and such things I would start here. They do have tutorials and such as well.
Language that is commonly used in operating systems, compilers, and other low level programs.
