How to ensure intel HAXM are installed and running on your computer?
Check these website

From you output log, maybe you not yet install the HAXM.
Follow these step

http://developer.android.com/tools/devices/emulator.html#vm-windows

follow this simple steps:

1)Start the Android SDK Manager, select Extras and then select Intel Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager

2)After the download completes, run

[sdk]/extras/intel/Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager/IntelHAXM.exe

3)Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation

I had the same problem before... I googled that, and all the solutions said, that if I had an AMD processor, I can't use this technology in AS, only under Linux operating system.

So instead of this Intel tool I downloaded Genymotion. It's based on Virtualbox (so you have to install that as well), and you can emulate any devices with it. And it has a plugin for AS, so it's very easy to use and manage the devices directly from the ide.

I had the same issue. I ran Android Studio as Admin and the emulator worked fine...
