Ok guys so I did some more research and found how to do it. maybe things have changed since Bucky made this tutorial but this is how I the line should read

-webkit-box-shadow: 8px 8px 8px 0px rgba(110,110,110,1);

Could someone let me know if the order of this has changed  or what?
