Binary File in C++

Anyone can help me in making binary file in C++ with data with different types (ex. string , int, float) and also how to read them back

All files are stored in binary. You just need to open and read in binary. I don't know exactly what you mean but if you need to read/write to a file you read this.

For storing variables, you could write a parser and then load them into actual variables.
