I realized that i couldnt copy the location correctly . i think i was not on any folder while i was right clicking to get the location.
what i mean is, first i copied this one : C:\Program Files\Java and followed other steps. but then i had that error after i downloaded android studio.
and later on i tried again from the beginning uninstalled java jdk and downloaded it again and so on. but i just wasted time, later i realized that the location i needed is : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_65
so any one has same error, my suggestion is to check the location first

Did you install the x86 version?
Is your java installed in C:\Program Files (x86) this can happen if you pick the x86 version
If you download from http://www.java.com/en/download it should pick the correct version for your CPU
If you have a newer machine it should install inC:\Program Files
Java / Android Development
Very popular language used to create desktop applications, website applets, and Android apps.
