At the " 1:35 mark "  for the link above , a whole section of information was skipped over what am i supposed to put ? can someone tell me simply how to put the info in manually instead of copying and pasting the sourcce code?

( also the link to the source code that was provided has a lot of question marks on it when i went to the link  and it looks different from the info that was put in the video i just want everything to be accurate)

You can always pause the video and type them yourself. This is what you have to do with the rest of code unless you have the source code.
This is what I did.
But if you want to copy and paste then I have provided them here without question marks.
    @Override
    protected void onStart() {
        super.onStart();
        Log.i(TAG, "onStart");
    }

    @Override
    protected void onResume() {
        super.onResume();
        Log.i(TAG, "onResume");
    }

    @Override
    protected void onPause() {
        super.onPause();
        Log.i(TAG, "onPause");
    }

    @Override
    protected void onStop() {
        super.onStop();
        Log.i(TAG, "onStop");
    }

    @Override
    protected void onRestart() {
        super.onRestart();
        Log.i(TAG, "onRestart");
    }

    @Override
    protected void onDestroy() {
        super.onDestroy();
        Log.i(TAG, "onDestroy");
    }

    @Override
    protected void onSaveInstanceState(Bundle outState) {
        super.onSaveInstanceState(outState);
        Log.i(TAG, "onSaveInstanceState");
    }

    @Override
    protected void onRestoreInstanceState(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onRestoreInstanceState(savedInstanceState);
        Log.i(TAG, "onRestoreInstanceState");
    }

This is exactly my problem. I also have different imports than him I don't know if that's due to having an updated version. I have been stuck at this level for more than two months with nothing helping me move forward.

package com.example.morka.myapplication;

import android.os.Bundle;
import android.support.design.widget.FloatingActionButton;
import android.support.design.widget.Snackbar;
import android.support.v7.app.AppCompatActivity;
import android.support.v7.widget.Toolbar;
import android.view.View;
import android.view.Menu;
import android.view.MenuItem;
import android.util.Log;
