Maybe you are using python 2.7 instead of python 3.4. But I am not sure.
Can you check which python u r using?

Python version is 3.5 32-bit and Pycharm version is 4.5.4

and after installing PyCharm I got this error

Cannot set up a python SDK
at C:\Python27\python.exe.
The SDK seems invalid.

I installed python 3.5 32-bit and pyCharm version is 4.5.4, but and I have no errors, and I have no idea why do you get error problem. Maybe try to install python 3.4.
What happens, if you run just this code:
4 separate examples:

>>>1
1
>>>'a'
a
>>>True
True
>>>1+2
3

Post what you get in these cases.

I have no idea what is the problem, but try these seperate things:

1.) reinstall pycharm, and check, if it works fine.

2.) Go in cmd.exe (windows button, search 'cmd.exe') .Type in python and press enter. Then try some code for example: print('hello'') or just 1 or 'abc'
will look like this

Microsoft windows [version 6.7.1204]
Copyright microsoft corporation

C:\Users\sfolje> python
Python 3.5.0 (default, Sep 20 2015, 11:28:25)
[GCC 5.2.0] on windows

Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>>
>>> print('hello')
hello
>>>1
1
>>>'asd'
asd

3.) Download and install python 2.7, go to pycharm settings and select python2.7 interpreter
4.) try thing 2) using python 2.7 . It should look like:

Microsoft windows [version 6.7.1204]
Copyright microsoft corporation

C:\Users\sfolje> python2.7
Python 2.7.10 (default, SepĀ  7 2015, 13:51:49)
[GCC 5.2.0] on windows

Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>>
>>> print('hello')
hello
>>>1
1
>>>'asd'
asd

Try all this things, and report for each results.
