Grunt Sass with Bootstrap

To start up I am pretty much New to using Grunt-sass with Bootstrap but i am planning to use it in my Portfolio website as it is an Awesome tool, but the tricky part is -- Gruntifying my Project. I followed instructions on a Blog : http://airdragondesign.com/blog/learn-to-use-grunt-with-sass-and-bootstrap and I have successfully installed and set up Grunt to run with Bootstrap. However, I am unable to run few Tasks the Command line is not throwing any Errors though. but I am not getting the expected output from my Tasks. Can anyone please help me Configure my Gruntfile.js, Look for Errors if any, as i need to start using Grunt for my Portfolio Website. My Gruntfile : module.exports = function (grunt) { grunt.initConfig({ pkg: grunt.file.readJSON('package.json'), // Copy web assets from bower_components to more convenient directories. copy: { main: { files: [ // Vendor scripts. { expand: true, cwd: 'bower_components/bootstrap-sass/assets/javascripts/', src: ['**/*.js'], dest: 'scripts/bootstrap-sass/' }, { expand: true, cwd: 'bower_components/jquery/dist/', src: ['**/*.js', '**/*.map'], dest: 'scripts/jquery/' }, // Fonts. { expand: true, filter: 'isFile', flatten: true, cwd: 'bower_components/', src: ['bootstrap-sass/assets/fonts/**'], dest: 'fonts/' }, // Stylesheets { expand: true, cwd: 'bower_components/bootstrap-sass/assets/stylesheets/', src: ['**/*.scss'], dest: 'scss/' } ] }, }, // Compile SASS files into minified CSS. sass: { options: { includePaths: ['bower_components/bootstrap-sass/assets/stylesheets'] }, dist: { options: { outputStyle: 'expanded' }, files: { 'css/app.css': 'scss/app.scss' } } }, // Watch these files and notify of changes. watch: { grunt: { files: ['Gruntfile.js'] }, sass: { files: [ 'scss/**/*.scss' ], tasks: ['sass'] } } }); // Load externally defined tasks. grunt.loadNpmTasks('grunt-sass'); grunt.loadNpmTasks('grunt-contrib-watch'); grunt.loadNpmTasks('grunt-contrib-copy'); // Establish tasks we can run from the terminal. grunt.registerTask('build', ['sass', 'copy']); grunt.registerTask('default', ['build', 'watch']); } Package.JSON file : { "name": "amod-nazirkar-portfolio-website-2016", "version": "1.0.0", "description": "Amod Nazirkar Portfolio", "main": "index.html", "dependencies": { "npm": "^2.15.5", "grunt-contrib-sass": "^1.0.0", "grunt-contrib-uglify": "^1.0.1", "grunt-contrib-watch": "^1.0.0" }, "devDependencies": { "grunt": "^1.0.1", "grunt-contrib-concat": "^1.0.1", "grunt-contrib-copy": "^1.0.0", "grunt-contrib-watch": "^1.0.0", "grunt-sass": "^1.2.0" }, "scripts": { "test": "echo \"Error: no test specified\" && exit 1" }, "keywords": [ "Amod", "Nazirkar", "Official", "Portfolio", "Website", "2016", "Front", "End", "Developer", "UI", "Developer" ], "author": "Amod Nazirkar", "license": "ISC" } Bower.JSON File : { "name": "amod-nazirkar-portfolio-website-2016", "version": "1.7.9", "authors": [ "Amod Nazirkar" ], "license": "MIT", "ignore": [ "**/.*", "node_modules", "bower_components", "test", "tests" ], "description": "Amod Nazirkar Portfolio Website 2016", "main": "index.html", "keywords": [ "Amod", "Nazirkar", "UI", "Developer", "Front", "End", "Developer", "Portfolio", "Website", "2016" ], "homepage": "index.html", "private": true, "dependencies": { "bootstrap-sass": "^3.3.6" } } Hoping a Helping Hand.
