Does macintosh support virtual machine os.

Your question is no that clear. But I'm saying yes... VMWare Fusion, Virtual Box and Parallels are the 3 best virtualization software for mac so you can install Windows or Linux.

If you mean the other way around (running a windows machine) I think Virtual Box supports it, not sure if the experience is that great.
